Buying and selling a home can be one of the most challenging and rewarding life choices! Peggy’s background and love for teaching elementary school science and math have given her the skills to listen to clients with understanding and empathy. She is detail-oriented, and brings both an analytical perspective and people-centered approach to working with buyers and sellers. For Peggy, the most rewarding part of real estate is, “building relationships with clients while supporting them in finding a place to call home.”
Raised in Burnsville, NC and having lived in the area for more than 20 years, has given her an intimate knowledge of the area. For college, graduate school, and her early career, she lived in Davidson (NC), Atlanta (GA), California, and Wyoming. Five years ago, she returned to Asheville and the mountains she loves. Her experience living in cities and towns across the country has given her insight into clients’ journeys in relocating.
She now resides in Fairview with her partner Mark and their two dogs (Murphy and Piper) in a custom-built home, which they designed.
When not focused on real estate, she can be found hiking to a waterfall with family and friends, practicing yoga, gardening, or curled up with a good book.
